The principal of ACS is Nick Geddes FCA FCIS, a qualified company secretary, 2009 President of Chartered Secretaries Australia and a Chartered Accountant with broad international corporate experience.
Nick has over 20 years experience as Secretary of Australian listed companies. He was the CFO and Finance Controller of BT innovation Limited, later CFO at Westpac’s venture fund, BLE Capital Limited.
His experience overseas is in commerce as a financial controller and company secretary and development banking in the UK, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Prior to that he worked in the UK for one of the forerunners of Ernst & Young where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Aside from running ACS, Nick is still very active with
Chartered Secretaries as a board member and serving
on a number of committees. |
