newly ASX-listed technology companies.

ACS has acted long-term for Government-founded public companies.  As a result of our involvement with Film Australia Limited in the early 1990s we assisted with the formation of Australian Multimedia Enterprise Limited including handling the $44m capital reconstruction.

Our involvement in unlisted companies has included providing all the administration to a special purpose company with $330m of investments.  This includes identifying and sourcing directors, all accounting, taxation and secretarial work.  Continue...
